All maintenance requests are required to be submitted online through your Tenant Login portal.
Scroll to the bottom of lykenscompanies.com and select “Tenant Login”
Log in with username and password
Click on “Service Issues” at the top of the page
Click blue button that says “add service issue”
Type in the issue along with a description and click blue button “add service issue”
Tenant has finished and can track the status at any time by logging into their account.
