A name can’t get much more straightforward than that. The Short North Warehouse Space is located at 195 E. 5th Avenue on the southwest corner of 5th Avenue and Fourth Street, right by Fourth Crossing, The Candy Factory, and our forthcoming Budd Dairy Food Hall. In other words, you’re in good company.
This industrious space is comprised of four sizable units that range from 2400-3500 square feet. The warehouse’s exterior has dedicated parking spots and is accessible from 5th Avenue and from Fourth Street via an alleyway.

Better yet, each unit has an electric garage door with a garage door opener. If you’ve ever been stuck without a garage door opener in the rain, you know just how convenient something like this is. Moreover, it means that each unit can open up its door in the warm weather while work happens inside for that “open air” type of feeling.
Unlike most warehouses in the winter (where it feels like you’re standing outside), each of these warehouse units comes equipped with Reznor heating.
